I’m a trauma survivor, holistic life coach, and the founder of Tranquil Balance—a heart-centered, soul-shaking, truth-telling coaching practice that helps people untangle themselves from the pain of narcissistic abuse, codependency, trauma bonds, and emotional burnout. I specialize in radical self-ownership, shadow work, and relationship recovery because I’ve lived it.
Behind my credentials—degrees in Child Psychology and a Master’s in Divinity, certifications in trauma-informed modalities, and my current pursuit of a PhD in Transpersonal Counseling—is a woman who has walked through hell: domestic violence, complex grief, and a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis. I don’t coach from theory. I coach from experience, education, and results.
My approach blends evidence-based tools (like CBT, attachment theory, and EMDR techniques). Whether we’re breaking trauma loops or building your comeback story, I meet you where you are and help you become who you were always meant to be.
